Tenants - Why Bassets
At Bassets, we will always be up front about any referencing or administration fees to be met by you and we use an independent, professional company which generally deals with referencing within two working days.
All properties will have an Energy Performance Certificate and, where gas is present, a Gas Safety Record - both to comply with current legislation.
We will visit the property regularly (giving you due notice) not just to check you are looking after it but also to scrutinise any work done by contractors in recent months and to ensure that we can recommend any remedial works required to our landlords at an early stage e.g. resealing around the bath, repainting the outside.
Finally, should you have a maintenance issue, you will have access to an emergency telephone number 24/7. We will always work with the landlord to address any issues raised as quickly as possible.
