Please consider, prior to submitting, if the maintenance issue is something that should be dealt with by you as the Tenant as detailed in your tenancy agreement and your obligation to act in a "Tenant-like manner".

If you have a gas leak or you can smell gas you must immediately evacuate the property and then contact National Grid Gas Emergency Service on:

After that you must report this issue both
through this system and by telephone
