Roof damage or issues with any slipped tiled need to be reported immediately. Please provide the location of the issue and clear photographs so these can be forwarded to the landlord and a contractor for reference. If there is water ingress please ensure that it’s not caused by an internal leak or an issue with Gutters (see below).


If your gutters are blocked then these are your responsibility to clear as part of your obligations under your Tenancy Agreement.

We understand fencing will be damaged or detached especially after inclement and stormy weather. Please do your best to secure the panel or fencing as quickly as possible so that it cannot cause any further damage. In some cases, it may be a simple fix with the panel put back in place and the nails being hammered back into the supporting post. In these cases please make the appropriate repair.

If there is an issue to report please ensure you accurately describe the location and which fence has been affected. Please take photos of the damage and mention if posts are loose or damaged.

For all fences damage we’ll have to check our records or with the Landlord with regards ownership and who has the legal responsibility to maintain a particular boundary.
