Example Fully Managed fee Calculation

 

We have provided below a simple example of how our #AllInclusive fee is charged and how favourable it compares to our local competition for transparency and fairness, meaning you fully understand exactly what you are paying. This is why we have always encouraged landlords to #CheckYourStatement

For the calculations below, we have chosen a Monthly rent of £900 PCM and provided example total costs for a six month, twelve month and eighteen-month tenancy.

Monthly rent £900 x 15.6 % (Monthly “All Inclusive Fee is taken from fee chart above) = £140.40 including VAT.

 

Six-month tenancy means = (6 x £140.40)  Total Cost £842.40 

Twelve-month tenancy = (12 x £140.40)  Total Cost £1684.80 

Eighteen-month tenancy = (18 x £140.40) Total cost £2527.20 

 

As these example calculations show, our management fee really is #AllInclusive with NO UPFRONT FEES OR POST TENANCY COSTS (ie, Set up, referencing, Tenancy,  inventory or checkout costs and dispute fee’s) as these are included in our monthly management fee and are the same for each subsequent re-let.

We are also proud to highlight that our contractors don’t pay or are not charged any administrative or commission for being instructed to carry out routine maintenance. These can add anything from 10% to 20% on top of what the contractor would have invoiced.

So if you had a big-ticket item like the installation of a new boiler (Approx £2750) this could be a saving of £275 – £550.
