Job Vacancy: Lettings Admin & Property Manager

Full Time Administrator/Marketing Assistant

Bassets Lettings are expanding and are recruiting for a Full Time Lettings Administrator/Marketing Assistant.

A large part of the role will be dealing with day-to-day administrative tasks so the applicant we are seeking must have a high attention to detail and an organised work ethic. In addition a good working knowledge of online marketing techniques and social media usage would be a great asset in this role.

However, as the position is a customer facing role within a busy Lettings office, the successful applicant should also have an approachable personality meaning that they are easily able to handle general telephone enquiries, be able to discuss available properties with interested customers face-to-face, book viewings for available properties and assist anywhere else where needed as part of the small front office team.

A smart and confident appearance is essential as is the ability to work equally well as part of a team or individually. Previous administrative experience and good computer literacy is essential, and previous experience in the property industry would be a benefit. An interest in pursuing a career in the property industry is a must!

The role will involve working alternate Saturdays.

Part Time Property Manager

Bassets Lettings are expanding and are recruiting a Part Time Property Manager.

A large part of the role will be conducting management inspections, checkout inspections and providing feedback to landlords and tenants as to the status of the property.

However, as the position will involve time spent in a customer facing capacity within a busy Lettings office, the successful applicant should also have an approachable personality meaning that they are easily able to handle general telephone enquiries, be able to discuss available properties with interested customers face-to-face, book viewings for available properties and assist anywhere else where needed as part of the small property management team.

A smart and confident appearance is essential as is the ability to work equally well as part of a team or individually. Previous administrative experience, good computer literacy and previous experience within the property industry are essential requirements for the role.

The role offered can be flexible in terms of days worked but we would be looking for approximately 25 hours to be covered over the course of the week (not necessarily on consecutive days).
